Elis
Grandfather Elizar was the pioneer of men's haircutting and beard cutting in our family. I continue this beautiful craft in the third generation of my family and I am happy about it. I am happy to create good emotions, to give men an understanding of style and hair care, to give them confidence. For me it is not a job, it is a lifestyle and a love.
Paulius
When the craft of barbering runs through the whole family tree, scissors snip easily. The youngest grandson of Elizar didn't really think about becoming a barber as a child, but his older siblings' love for the family trade hasn't left Paul indifferent. Charisma, perfectionism, ambition and a taste for innovation help Paul in his quest for something new, not only in his profession but also in his life.
Henrikas
"Orchestra Man". This man of great erudition has tried and done everything. His sense of style and psychology, his courage in self-expression and decision-making. Henrikas never does anything half-heartedly, casually, without love for what he does and for people. This is reflected in his haircuts, which his clients can feel and see with their first visit. Lena
A barber, a woman who loves her job and is insanely stubborn, never stands still, but instead pursues her goals. She is always ready to give her best, her attention and her knowledge to make sure that her clients are satisfied with their appearance.
Ainius
Young, creative and always full of ideas. A big fan of old, masculine hairstyles and classics. Ainius has been studying at Artele since he was 15 years old. As he says: "I've known Eli for a long time, and he's been in my memory since the first time we met when I was just 14. The first time I visited his barber shop, I knew I wanted to be part of it. When I was accepted as a trainee, I was impressed by the love and attitude towards work. I don't know if it was deliberate or not, but Eli really managed to pass on that love of the craft to me."
Vadimas
Vadim joined the Artelė family after a job in logistics made him look for new paths and turn his hobby into his main activity. He has always admired the tradition of barbering, and has always maintained and groomed his own truly unique and flawless "amber" beard. Vadim charms others with his sense of humor, attention to detail and erudition, so that his clients can look forward not only to perfect lines but also to interesting conversations.
Robertas
After working in logistics for a decade, he decided to take up an activity he likes better. As he says: "Creating art gives me the opportunity to feel liberated".
Beatričė
Beatričė, who was interested in different styles, decided to turn her hobby into her life's work. Her love for details and the whir of the machine help her to make any hairstyle unique. So, to break the rules, Beatričė offers to bring more variety to her chair and not be afraid to look different
